A very interesting and extremely rare issue of Severus Alexander from Aegeae

CILICIA. Aegeae. Severus Alexander, 222-235. Diassarion (Bronze, 24 mm, 12.34 g, 7 h), CY 276 = 229/30 AD. ΑΥΤ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ СЄΥ ΑΛЄΞΑΝΔΡΟС Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΑΔΡΙ ΑΛЄΞΑΝΔΡΟΥΠ ΑΙΓ / ϚΟС Foot in sandal to left around which serpent is coiled, surmounted by a small bust of Asklepios to left. Haymann 169 and 189 = RPC VI online 7201 (same dies). Extremely rare, possibly the third known example. Somewhat rough and with some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
